Witnessing abuse motivates us to act, and it is often difficult to know how we can help. Do not despair, you can make a difference.</div> <bR> <div> Helping a horse in trouble can mean talking to the authorities when you suspect that a horse has been left alone, looks ill, undernourished or neglected. You can help a horse by volunteering your time at a local equine rescue center a farm, a therapeutic riding stable. Helping is as easy as placing a phone call and making a donation. Doing nothing, standing by, must not happen.</div> <bR> <div> The Equine Fund is passionately dedicated to teaching people how to care for horses in the hoping that knowledge will prevent people from hurting, harming or causing a horse to suffer. We offer free equine education throughout the country.
